Yes, Essex. They do Bank of the West. We got a really good rate at 4.3 percent. We had to stay on top of them as we almost missed our closing date because our rep was useless. If you're in California and get Linda Ramirez, I would suggest calling her everyday (if she ever answers her phone) or just ask for a different rep.

I'm working with Excel Credit based in Florida right now. So far, so good. Approved quickly, online application. Had a nice conversation with Tom Bell the next day.
