Leaking Watermaker

I have a dessolator d60 watermaker that recently started leaking salt water when I put it to work making water. The leak seems to be coming from beneath the membranes although it's effectively impossible to see the water leaking because the membranes are mounted low on a board that is low in hull. The trouble shooting guide suggests worn seals if leaking under hp hood. I'm not sure if the membranes could have been tightened insufficiently when they were replaced recently. Any ideas, suggestions.? Thanks everyone!

Exclamation Re: Leaking Watermaker

Stop using it!
It needs to be disassembled and the problem located and properly repaired. Desalinators work under enormous pressure. Something flying off or bursting apart at that pressure could be lethal or put a hole in your boat.
