Some times life gets in the way and slows you down. Sounds like your plan is going to come together soon. Enjoy!

Congrats from me also. Great effort against the odds.
Congrats to the mother-in-law too.

Wow, inspiring story. Thank you.

All you needed was a little nudge to start a lot of changes in the right direction. How many of us need a nudge out of our rut to start changes.

Could not say it any better than Jim....except that you and the wife are very good at 'Leaping Fences'.

Here's to momentum!

Mistakes may be made along the way, but we all learn from them and continue to follow the dream. You're an inspiration to all following that dream. Hope to see you out there.

What a great post. It's so common for life to interfere with dreams, that when a couple demonstrates that they possess the ability to remain united and focused; it is inspiring.
Also, your mother in law sounds like a jewel.
Congratulations!

And one of these days, when you are out there, with the fragrance of salt water, a gentle 10-12 knot wind, on a beam reach, you can lean back with your wife beside you, your arm around her, you will realize, it was all worth while.
