The marina manager mailed me to say that we had a ball; we're on it.
The mad dash from the bottom of Abaco to Vero is the picture, and we're prepping the boat.
Too early to tell if we'll get a miss; we're prepping for a Cat5.

I believe at present I would stay put, it appears the hurricane may ride the coast from FLA into SC so I wouldn't rely on the older bridges remaining operational. Give it till next week to proceed.

Boatpoker, from what we've seen on the weather channel, you might want to load up with emergency relief supplies if you're going to the Abs. They have been all but wiped out.
