Installing simrad tp10 wire harness kit

Hey guys. Anybody out there ever try to install the simrad tp10 skt100 harness kit. The skt100 kit includes some water proof sockets. The tp10 autopilot comes with bare cables. The socket has screws which come lose to enable to bare ends to enter but it seems impossible to install because they are tiny holes and they would be inserted on the sides. I’m confused. How can I insert the cables from the sides then retighten the screws within the tiny socket. It’s a narrow insert. It appears that there is some compression rubber piece and a white constricting plastic piece which would keep the cables in place but the connections would not be secured. Any ideas how to fix this or approach this. Or what I’m talking about. Thank you. Sailor in need
