You kidding? There is barely any other accessories or decorations in that photo, but there are martini makings out and in use.

That boat knows important stuff (even though I'm not a martini person)!

I've done some anecdotal research on this issue and it seems that lard large-arsed folks prefer the bigger seat, and the rigid arms allow them to save modest amounts of energy even while sitting.

Moreover, the pocket enables one to carry a back up soda and candy bar rather than have to get up for a refill. Helps keep the reefer cooler too for those occasional days away from the dock.

hot sauce - all boats should have some form of hot sauce on the boat. It is the savior to a "what food is on the boat" meal sometimes.

Being a good for nothing layabout such as I am, I converted the salon into a lounging area and installed a wallyworld 8" foam mattress in it, Available online with free shipping too. It's a little bit O heaven now. Except Grumpy cat always whats to lay in my space.

Plus I've more storage underneath. Total cost $300 including woodwork, etc.

I've been using a 8" foam Bed in a box for years in the V berth. Easy to customize to the shape of the area. Best bed I've had and under $200. Trim to shape with a bread knife.

Bacon on the other hand, I had for breakfast.

Life is good.

i have those adjustable chair things.
they are hard on your butt, good on your back.
i have 4 i was donated before i left-- yes i use em, yes i will have em re-covered, and padding added to seat. i augment my 6 inch transom sofa cushion with em, as i have no place on which to lean my head when my neck is tired. these do that. on the hard deck, they are only minimally better than deck.
yes i will re-cover em here in barra..

get a wifi system usable everywhere on planet.

Odd that you should bring up mugs, Emma.

I, too, have a favorite mug. Both my daughter and my younger son gave us mugs (the daughter gave a matched pair). These are from the '70's, when wide based commuter cups were a go in the US. Wide bases are goood on heeling sailboats, and we use all of them when we have folks over for a cuppa.

I have to think i'm a bit silly for having a favorite mug! But there you go!

Wide bases are good on non-heeling sailboats too....and in cars...

...and what's this about 'silly' for a having a favorite mug?!? The Captain here seems permanently attached to his...and he's definitely happier when it's handy...unless the margarita shaker is in sight in which case the mug retires...

i still have one of those antique 7-11 mugs with wide base, but it is only 16 oz.
my other favorite cup i bought in zihuatenejo, and holds 20 ounces. perfect coffee cup for the person only drinking one cup of coffee daily
