Hull anode

Hello everyone,

My name is Josh and my wife and I bought a 2007 Bavaria 42C in very good shape, winterizing was a good process so we could learn a lot about our new boat, I replaced the anode on the sail drive, still looking for the anode on the hull, which Bavaria tells us it should be located between the sail drive and rudder on the starboard side but we can't find it. Any idea or photo available would help us. Thank you in advance to you all.

Re: Hull anode

None of the Bavarias that I've worked on have ever had a hull anode. If the boat is out of the water and you are looking at the bottom, any hull anode will be large enough to easily identify. It would be mounted on two threaded studs. If you don't see any of that then the boat never had one.
