Greetings and welcome aboard the CF, Steve.
Is it winter, in your locale?

Re: Help with AC

Put it in the cool mode and tap on the reversing valve with the end of a large screwdriver a good Tunk may loosen it up and get it to work.

Re: Help with AC

I’ve had a similar problem with a domestic unit and it was a stuck solenoid. The tapping described above is a first try, and if that doesn’t work replacing it is the fix. Shouldn’t be too expensive.
