Absolutely Rebel Heart. Sometimes when we pass through the locks on the canal du Midi or the Rhone river we get the same type of dockhopper. Because an empty locks acts as an echo chamber it can be quite satisfying to reply to his comment knowing it's amplified for all to hear. Usually 'What's that stupid looking prick shouting' ?
