Grampian 23 info or manual

Hello everyone new member

I am new to sailing, always had power boats but didn't know what I was missing when it comes to sailing.

I recently bought a grampian 23 1974 from an older lady that she used to sail with her husband for many years, I know it's not a top of the line boat but I think it's good boat, it was well takin Care of, only needs cosmetic work and bottom paint, it's pretty roomy for 23ft,

My question is I trying to find information on boat which is hard to find. there are some parts missing , unfortunately while in a storage facility for a couple of years people helped themselves to some parts I was wondering if someone knows about these boats or has the manual to this boat or lead me to it.
Some questions r where does the boom tie up in the cockpit , there's no part there to tie and secure it is it's missing, no sure if I'm explaining that right. all the other hardware is there for mail sail and head sail, how is the blidge pump setup in this boat, I see some kind of Manuel pump underneath aft cabin but missing hoses connect to it.
They told me it's a fixed keel , but after inspection I see a metal cable that goes from cockpit area wall which has a kind of a Allen key insert, and runs down on floor of cabin to keel, wouldnt this boat be a swing keel.
