Fuel Stops NJ to NC (Oct-Nov)

I’m planning to cruise south starting in CT in early October headed to NC/SC. My twin 6.2L MPI mercs are thirsty so my max range between fills is around 200 miles. My question to this group is whether or not marinas, water, electric and fuel (gas) will be hard to find between NJ-NC at this time of year as cold weather starts to move in.?

Also, is there a reliable online, app or printed source for this info? Waterway Guide provides some info but does not include seasonal dates that marinas are open/closed. Short of calling lots of marinas not sure of where to find this info.
