Finally I'm Starting

Catpainzmcspice thx for the info i'll be sure to make it one of my first to add.. And Miss or Mrs High Heels thx for the input i truly am gonna be a sponge. And i have to say that i think i made the right choice of schools cause the Capt. of my training invited me down a few days early to get some boat time and a lil head start on the programs... At no charge non the less.. So now im leavin fri. night sailing with them all weekend then startin class on monday.. Gonna hit the store and get shorts n shirts and some more sandles and hit the road fri afternoon for some fun in the sun all weekend. And i will be sure to let everyone know hoe it went.. Thx again to everyone who has given me all the info and moral support. Not gettn to much of that from the siblings...lol but they haven't ever been sailing....YET

Don't go holding your breath that your family will necessarily understand your new obsession. Some of my family have not understood my obsession with sailing, namely sailboat racing in college, so I was sure to find others in the world that did understand.

Now, that Mr. Witzgall and I are planning on going cruising very soon, some of my family really think I have lost it...so my family of understanding in this regard is Cruisers Forum
