Excellent customer service from Hella

I've got a Hella Turbo 12v fan that I lost one of the tension knobs off of. I found Hella's contact info on google & sent a email requesting info to purchase a new one about 3 to 4 days ago. I was beginning to think I was SOL because I hadn't heard back. & then I got a email back that one was in the mail, no charges even for shipping. I'am a very pleased customer & appreciate their service.

Re: Excellent customer service from Hella

I agree--great customer service.

I emailed Hella for advice about a fan that rattled. They sent me a new fan at no charge, and said I didn't need to return the old one. I moved the old one into the lazarette to cool my Frigoboat compressor.

I find I am constantly needing to retighten our tensioning knobs. The fans feel very cheap. But they are very power efficient and that's why we bought them. Good to hear they have good service.
