bently cytter 38

so im thinking seriously about this bently cutter rigged 38, but can find very little info about it, aparently it is very similar if not identical to an aluealah 38, but made in tiwan in about 82 or so, any thoughts to the boat or the emerald bay trading company in tiwan? maybe they all sunk thats why there are none left?? and who knows how many were even made? i found one page that a guy had found 2 on the water, and 1 fixer upper in the country. any help would be greatly appreciated, it has a volvo in it.
