Barberis, Italien Sloop, Rigging

I live in Pasadena MD where many marinas only work on motor boats. Always recommended to go to local marina for most sailboat problems. They checked my standing rigging several weeks ago and 2 of the shrouds have stretched to the point the turnbuckle can not take anymore wire in. Today, I talked with them again and they can not find the correct attachment for the wire at the mast. Each shroud is the outermost on each side of the boat. Each extends upward to the spreader and to the top of the mast. They can not find the correct attachment for the connection at the top of the mast. So, today they said they will probably have to reconstruct the mast which is going to be costly.
Any assistance will be appreciate...……….. Barberis boats have been out of production for years. HELP

Pm sent, friend has a Barberis.
But, most boats rigging is made of standard bits from third party manufacturers. You may want to add photos or other info.
