A Little Video I Put Together Doing The Solo Mexico Thing
Nothing special, mainly recorded it for my two year old daughter (hence all the Elmo appearances).

WOW! That was great! It was almost like being there. Was it cold or do you always dress like that? Thanks for sharing!!!

It got to be board shorts and t-shirt conditions by the time I got down around Mag Bay. But in the stretch in the video I had a bit of warm but primarily cold conditions and even a day of rain. Really changed around Mag Bay though. Within a couple of hundred miles it was substantially more tropical.
Down here in mainland Mexico the idea of using my heavy weather gear">foul weather gear is a joke. I washed it, wrapped it in plastic bags, and stuffed it under a berth.

What a great video and what a great gift for your daughter (when she is older)! It looks like you have mastered the GoPro!

Most likey you may have to download the correct video codecs,,without them,,your machine wont be able to interpret certain Vid Files and Sound Files...

Yep, worm steering. I just have an X5 that works fine. A bit of friction to move the wheel, but on the plus side it's about as easy to move in glassy water as it is in a storm. I want to put a wind vane on because self steering is just so absolutely essential (to me anyway) and I'd rather go with something that's a little less black-boxy, or at least when conditions deteriorate and it gets pumping.
Regarding all you guys who can't watch a video: it's friggin youtube!
