Shipping a Macao boat to PI from HK

Ahoy Threadmates,

I am having trouble finding any shipping company which operates between Macao and the Philippines, so it seems as if I will have to get my boat to Hong Kong, somehow, in order to ship it to the Philippines.

Would like to sail her to HK in order to avoid additional shipping or handling costs but I don't know if HK law or regulations allow me to sail her in, then ship her out. I will only have a bill of sale for the boat, and I am not a HK resident.

Any advice on this issue or on reputable shippers or agents who might be able to assist?

Also, what about "agents" per se? Do I need one, or should I just deal with the shipping company myself and only with them?
