Selling it all and going cruising! Which Flag? Help!

Sometimes life hits you hard in the face. And the only thing you can do is move on.

Tomorrow I will start selling of my house, car and belongings. Afterwards I intend to buy a 32-38 feet old monohul and start cruising.

I have dual citizenship (greek & turkish) but after selling I will have nothing else connecting me with lands and countries.

My questions are:

What is the best (cost, ease of mind, customs clearing, bureaucratic procedures, legal necessities, ease of insurance, taxation) flag to fly if you have no land property/house/address ?

Which markets (generally speaking) will give me best bang for my buck?

(More interested in cruising the med and Caribbean and I might be slightly in favor of an EU flag, though a Greek flag is out of the question)

Thanks in advance for your time.
Happy sailing to all.
