Sales Agreements - Template Anyone?

We are going ahead with a purchase of a 30' Rawson! As long as she passes the survey.... which I think she will.

We need to put together a sales agreement for the owner.

Does anyone have a template I can use? Advice?

you could have a look at these forms on the Australian gov web site i have used these when purchasing yachts you could modify to suit Australian Maritime Safety Authority go to shipping registration /forms

That is an excellent one and very similar to the one we had when we purchased our boat.
