I am Belgian citizen, member of the EU. I have bought a sailing vessel in Australia in order to sail it back to Belgium. To sail through international waters, I need a flag. For a Belgian flag, the boat needs to be European certified. To arrange this in Australia, it will cost me a huge amount of cash.
So I would like to have my boat registered in another country. To me, it doesn't really care from which country, if I only could sail away...
Is there any kind sailor out there who could help me out?
