Insurance Suggestion

Just got my renewal for my boat insurance from Geico. Been with them for 3 years and every year the premium has gone up. Not a little. A lot. Its up over 60% from my first years premium. Never had a claim. Boat is in the same area (NC, SC). Anyone have any suggestions?

Check with a broker of marine insurance. IMIS in Grasonville, Md and Jack Martin in Annapolis are both good marine insurance brokers.


Progressive can also offer cheaper coverage, but I am told that their policy is not a true marine policy with no coverage for oil discharge penalties for example. But I think Geico is similar.
