Insurance for 47' Catamaran

We are looking to insure our 47 foot catamaran. Does anyone know of a good and reasonable one? Thank you, Rodney

Hey Rodney,

You will need to give us all a little more info to work with. I cannot see from your profile where you are located. Have you previously insured your cat or a previous vessel, or is it a new purchase?

All the best,
Steve

We insured our Privilege 39 catamaran with IMIS in the USA. I talked with Al Golden, and he took care of the insurance at IMIS. You can look them up on internet.

Hi Dave,

Does that mean you no longer have your Privilege insured? I'm curious, given your extensive cruising experience, would you self-insure next time, or do you think the price of insurance is worth it?

BTW, I enjoyed your DVD!

Regards,
Doug
