Cause I could foresee a time where visa might not be there, my not work, the bank is out of buissness, or something like that.

Cash, gold coin, some loose diamonds, or trade goods will go a long way in that situation.
And with the world kinda going to hell right now, I would take the chance.

Just my opinion of course. But it has happend before, it will happen again.
