Is business really that good? Aren’t these boat owners wondering why no one is looking at their boats? If I was paying $25,000 in commission, I would be upset by this.
The Miami boat show is coming up in two weeks-I know a lot of them are busy moving boats and getting them ready. However, I think the good brokers will get in touch with you regardless.

I always use a buyers broker. no need to hire one. just walk into his office and say you want to buy a boat. he'll be all over it. he splits the commission with the seller's broker which the seller pays
just like buying a house and he'll have access to the multiple listings that all broker's have that you don't.
