Can somebody recommend a reputable escrow company they dealt with? Ability to handle foreign currency is a plus.

EscrowEscrow but they will rip you off a couple hundred with made up fees. i'm pretty sure all Escrow companies will do they same.

where is the purchase agreement enforceable? Likely it is the EU, in which case you would need an escrow service in the country (preferably the providence) where the seller or boat is located.
