Determining price for existing day charter bi

I am looking at an existing established day charter business in Panama. They have been around for 7+ years and have a good name and solid relationships with tour companies in the area.

Assets are approx $650,000 and in good shape

Net profit annually of approx $320,000

Can anyone give me their "eye balling it" price on what this biz is "worth" given the limited info I have provided ?
