Claiming VAT Paid

Just wondering what the implications are of buying a boat os with VAT paid and then bringing her back to Oz?...realize that GST (10%) is payable and also believe that 5% luxury tax would also be due. Am I able to claim back the VAT paid?

Re: Claiming VAT paid

Yes, but Only on a new boat, not on a second hand one.
