Canadian owners of charter boats and taxes
We are considering putting our boat into charter (in the PNW) when our year-long sabbatical is over. I have talked to a few of the Canadian companies and they are willing to take her. They are all pretty up front on the lack of profit, but most say I should be able to defray my ownership costs.

But... should I do it under a company? What about GST implications?

I am currently looking for an accountant with some experience with this or an owner with some personal insight into the Canadian tax implications...

Anyone?
