Thought I would follow up on this Yankee 30. It sold for $2025. With the described condition it was in, $3k more if you're DIY'er, you ould really have something. If I were starting out, I would store it over the winter there in Ma., then in the spring, get the engine, tanks and rigging sorted out and off I would go to Fl. to sort out the small stuff.
