Avoid Florida sales tax, do the deal in Bahamas

I would assume that Bahamas would be the perfect place to do the deal if the boat is sold to a non-US buyer. Or can sales tax be ignored if the boat is sold in Florida to a non-US buyer ? And any issues if the boat is then moved outside the US ?

If you leave Florida after buying a boat you can avoid the sales tax. Not sure how many days you have before you have to get out.
