Anyone use settlement services when buying/selling

Has anyone used a maine setllement service when buying or selling a boat? I know that Boat US has a service that will do a title search, transfer cost guard docuentation and provide an escrow service for the funds.

I have also heard of a company in Florida called Details Details that does the same thing.

Any good or bad experiences or advice for using something like this?
