The broker should not be involved with any aspect of your haul or survey. Your surveyor would be a better choice for advice in this regard. A brokers usefulness pretty much begins and ends as they open the marina gate

singlar/fornatur just raised all their rates in mexico, according to the local singlar/fornatur marina/yard. i donot have the new schedule of fees. i hadnt considered them as my yard of choice.
