2013 boat expenses

I don't plan to go to the boat and do anything in Dec, so I'm done spending money on the boat for the year. So not counting payments I spent $10,042 to be able to use and maintain my boat this year.

So for all the people visiting CF looking for the answer here it is broken down.

And for the CF people, here is something you can use to tell us how much more less you manage to do it on.

Ok...but you have $4720 under storage. This must be new math...right?

You need to read the column titles better. It is "storage and marina", which includes winter storage, summer mooring, and all transient moorings during the year.

Well alrighty then...maybe I'm just use to paying $248@month ($2976@year) in northern Ca., for a slip and able to use it all year round.

Re: 2013 boat expenses

we ae always interested in cost -- but was the TOTAL cost of the solar project included -- i found the solar panels not not the $900 for the electical or the 392 for the mounting

did i miss it -- i got new glasses so i could have missed it

i must be getting old -- found them broken down

can i blame on the new glasses or would you prefer my advanced age --

I have a total for the solar project off to the side of March 2013 entries:

solar project
290W panel $279.99
electrical $907.97
mountings $392.93
finishing $31.00
$1,611.89

This is the cost of cold beer.
