World of Boating Radio Show

Boating radio show adds 20 new markets

The World of Boating radio show, which calls itself the “first and only nationally syndicated radio show for boaters,” says it has added 10 new markets to its network of station affiliates.

Approximately 35 U.S. radio stations now air WOB each week. The show is also broadcast five times a week nationwide on the Sirius Satellite Radio Network, which has more than 400,000 subscribers. It also reaches people through its Web site, www.worldofboating.com .

“The reaction from listeners, radio stations and the boating industry has been tremendous,” World of Boating host Greg Holt said in a statement. “We’re right on course and having a blast in the process.”

The WOB mission, says Holt, is to “promote the boating lifestyle and to keep current boaters active.”
