I personally love Practical Boat Owner and Yachting Monthly, both published in the UK.

Re: Sailing magazines

Yachting Monthly is the best. Yacht World is up there for toffs. But quite frankly, I get HWMO a one year subscription every now and then to fill the shelves, but leave a gap of a few years, cos they all get sameish.

To be honest, there are so many links from here to so many good sailing blogs that my RSS feed keeps me in reading material.

Voiles & Voiliers, Voile Magazine (both sail only), Bateaux (power and sail).

Re: Sailing Magazines

if you enjoy lots of glossy advertising, yachting rags ar wonderful. i dont like ads--i dont buy any glossies. i use lectronic latitude and latsandatts and cf, sbo and sailnet... magazines take up space i dont want to use for paper products.
for new to sailing folks, glossies may be ok and a good way to start looking at what some folks like to use when sailing----- i prefer to go simpler than most of the glossies show.
