Looking for help contacting Moitessier's wife, Françoise.

Hello!

I'm wondering if anyone knows if Françoise Moitessier is still alive?

I'm trying to contact her (if she's still with us) to get permission to publish a photo of her and Bernard in my upcoming book, Love with a Chance of Drowning.

Does anyone here happen to have her book in their library? Her book is called 60000 Milles a la Voile (60000 Miles Under Sail). If so, could you possibly check the imprint and tell me who the publisher was, date of publication, and any contact details for the publisher? It seems the book was printed by several publishers. I emailed the French one, but no reply.

Alternatively, I could try to contact Jean-Michel Barrault, who wrote a biography on Moitessier (great book), and who was a personal friend of his. If anyone could possibly steer me towards any sources for this, I would be most appreciative!

I have no idea how to go about getting permission to print a dead guy's photo, and my publisher is a little confused on this too. I really want to use the pic, though!

Thanks, Frank. That's the Spanish version. The original version would be in French. Doesn't seem to be available anymore. Also, I'm on a small island in Thailand, so postage is a problem!
