I found "World Cruising Routes" by Jimmy Cornell in a used book store, and am working my way through the early chapters. It appears to be a great book, with the basics of weather
, information on weather
on each ocean, and some generic cruising advice.
The routes are provided with waypoints, some advice on guidebooks
, and of course, when to make the trip.
Are you familiar with the book? Have you found better? Which advice do you like or have a problem with?
Have you reviewed others by him? Has anybody got "World Cruising Handbook" or "World Cruising Essentials"? What is your opinion? What books
would successfully compete with these?
