grounding/bonding points

When I purchased our boat I found:

a) the SSB, chainplates (not the insulated back stay), bonded seacocks and mast are all attached to a Dynaplate that is 2 feet from the mast base. From everything that I have read, this is INCORRECT.

b) the DC electrical system is ground to the engine block

I have decided that I DO want to install lightning ground and I DO want to bond my bronze thru-hulls.

My question is: With the DC ground to the engine, the SSB attached to the Dynaplate and all tanks via flat copper strip, the lightning ground attached to a seperate external plate.....where do I connect the seacock bonding and still keep everything isolated?

Can it be attached to the Dynaplate?

Please, lets not turn this into a "to bond or not to bond" discussion. I just want to know how to keep everything isolated.
