Baja Cruiser's Book
Ahoy All You Salty Dogs and Cats,
Has anyone read the book: Voyage of Maiatla with the Naked Canadian? It's a great book artfully outlining a cruising families preparations and experiences in their cruise aboard their Hardin Voyager 44 from Vancouver to the Sea of Cortez and an unexpected return trip home via the old clipper route. It's well written and loaded with valuable annecdotes and entertaining interludes as a tight knit family find their way among other cruisers, storms, equipment failures, locals and personal discoveries. Plus...I'm in the book! In the last two chapters! Kind of crazy seeing yourself through the eyes of another cruiser. Check it out at www.trafford.com Aloha, Mike
