Thats an amazing read. Particularly the bit that it is all the users fault!!

I have had cause to talk to the builders of my new boat a few times, questions rather than problems, and when I apologise for annoying them - they simply tell me its part of the service and to ring /email as often as I need to to get the best from the boat.
