My wife has a Pfaff 130, and via eBay, has bought some aftermarket modification type
parts for it (big handwheel, aggressive feed
dogs, motor)
Have been pleased with the
service.
Then, one day, the handwheel broke. Fractured. Now she's had this thing probably five years. Nevertheless, she emailed ZeusMachines and asked if they'd back the product.
NO PROBLEM. Not only did they back the product, they sent a new
wheel in VERY short order.
ZeusMachines rocks.
