Stuff that works

How about those things that work better than alternatives?

I'll start with these rail clips. Nothing is more secure if you want to hang a towel or other laundry on a rail. Especially if the wind is up.

I'll see your rail clips and raise you my fix clips

We've been using these for 6 months and they are awesome. You can clip things to a wide range of rails plus life lines and straps.

Haven't lost anything yet.

Lucky you! Mine is two years old and sounds like an old 2 stroke chainsaw.

I bought this from a friend for 60 bucks. At max setting it makes about -12c / 11F. I've heard they should make colder, and I should replace the lid gasket. But its so quiet I can't hear it running. I have to touch the frame to feel the compressor to be able to tell if its running or not.

Yup! An insanely good design/engineered clip.

Eat plants. Eliminate meat, dairy, orange juice and fried food. you'll probably live longer and any type of bowel problems will be history.

As I've said before: You may not lived longer, but it will certainly seem longer.

Now I am going off topic....

You know how you can tell a vegan at a party? Wait 5 seconds and they will tell you. 😄

What works for some, doesn't work for others. I have been paleo for the last 4 years and have dropped to 10 percent body fat, normal cholesterol, have no issues stated above (amazing the effect of a cup of java) and am almost 40 pounds lighter than when I started. This is contrast to my coworker who is a vegetarian, can't lose weight, has stomach issues etc.

I have no problem with what path somebody chooses, but after having a kid with gluten and soy intolerance, for many it is about the choices you make inside what ever "eating plan" you choose. Too much of anything like red meat on one end, or too many potatoes and wheat on the other end of the spectrum can be just as unhealthy depending on your body makeup IMO.
