Southern British Columbia - Surveyor specializing in wooden boats?

Hello all,

I'm looking for a marine surveyor with expertise with wooden boats, near Vancouver/Richmond, BC. The boat in question is about 40', appears very well-cared for, but the hull has been raked and will need re-caulking.

Any recommendations for a surveyor based on positive experience or reliable hearsay would be very welcomed. Tips about related sites or forums would also be great.

You might call Tom Mac Shipyard. Tom-Mac Shipyards Ltd. on north arm of Fraser River has provided service to the towing and commercial fishing fleet for 33 years.
And see who they'd recommend. I was there a few years ago and impressed with their wood shop and people and I'm a former shipwright.
