I have had two occasions in the last week to contact
Raritan customer
service.
First when I was installing a new PHII
toilet. I had a question about the discharge fitting as it points straight down and would not
work like that in my install. Turns out the fitting rotates independently of the flange (could tell that by looking at it). The fellow I talked to, Vic, was nice and even took the time to be sure that no one had changed the design on him (he indicated it wouldn't have been the first time that happened).
The second time I called was because my month old
salt feed tank started to leak. Ok, leak is not quite the right word, it was spraying
salt water everywhere as I was trying to fill it. Vic (again) took the call and when I told him about the problem he asked for my address and shipped it out Tuesday, the same day I called and about 30 minutes before
service hours ended. It appeared at the house on Wednesday.
Just wanted to say thanks to them for the great service and let people know. I realize that good after sales service goes a long way with boaters.
