Has anyone had problems with Rparts recently? I have used them in the past for numerous refrigeration
items, including vacuum panels
and been nothing but satisfied. However, I recently ordered a pair of high dollar hatches to redo my freezer
but can't get them to respond to my numerous messages with a status on the order.
They recently bought out Glacier Bay, so I know there are probably some production growing pains. However, customer service
should not have been affected. Returning phone
calls and emails are essential to good business (besides being just plain good manners!). Hope they are not on the downhill slide to going out of business.
Any insights would be appreciated.
