Navionics Gold Help

I purchased via the net via download to the lap top. Now when I try to load onto Micro SD it doesn't copy.
I called Naviontics, and they told me that you can't download the charts that if you want them to work on the charter plotter you have to buy another set on the MSD. That what I bought is designed to work with "Raymarine Voyager". I hope the rep was wrong or I am not doing something right Can anybody give me some advice/help!!!!!!

What exactly did you but off the internet?

But they are right, you you cannot load the maps from your computer to a SD Card. You have to buy the GOLD Card with the maps on them or the Nav+ card then you can download specific areas to the Navionics SD Card, but you cant view them on your computer
