Marine-Max ceasing operations in Baltimore

The "Jungle Telegraph" has reported that they have laid off the staff for 5 weeks and then will close.

The other yard that has a travel lift is in similar straits........the years of fleecing the captive market is coming to an end.

Chief, We dealt with them for quite a while in Houston. They have been laying off staff and closing operations around the country for over a year now. It has been a slow but steady process. It will be interesting to see who shakes out after all of this. We can only hope the honest, quality operations survive. Otherwise who knows what will take their place.
