Marinco customer Service

My Marinco 50 amp to 30 amp power adapter went in the drink. I was able to retrieve it relatively quickly. I cleaned it up and dried it out but was not satified with the insulation resistance arcoss the leads. I contacted Marinco and they told me to send it back to them and the would check it out. I recieved it back saying it was good to go, no charge for checking it out or shipping it back to me. All of this in a bout a weeks time. What great customer service. Nce to see there is still some around. Thanks Mainco

Nice to hear about good customer service experiences, for a change.

The Marinco Electrical Group unveiled its newly redesigned Web site Wednesday (July 16/08) at the Marine Aftermarket Accessories Trade Show.
