I would like to know if anyone else has had issues with this company (they sell "Sidepower" bow thrusters and components.

I was having difficulty with my bow thruster, it turns out the idiot who installed it wired it straight 12V instead of 24V even though the device was clearly labeled 24V!!

The technicians at the company were very helpful and technically competent however...

during the process of sorting this out they sent me two different items (and immediately charged my credit card) the total for the items was $1000. The parts were returned in late may for refund/credit and it is now July 20th.

I'm told that the hold up is waiting for the president of the companies signature. I believe this is a really lousy way to treat customers and sure fire way to go out of business!!!
