Green Cove Springs Marina - Any recommendations?

We are looking for a place to haul and store our 40ft sailboat for hurricane season. Can anyone recommend Green Cove Springs Marina in FL? Their prices look good but we've heard that they are in receivership.

Any other recommendations for marinas in North Florida would be greatly appreciated!

Many thanks ....

I don't think they're in receivership but there is a question regarding the lease. GCS is about the cheapest spot you can haul and store in FL. I would worry about getting a letter telling me to get my boat out in x days if the lease doesn't work out. Tiger Point in Fernandina Beach is a well run yard. DIY or they can do the work.

If ever they were to go out of business. You just go to the other end of the facility, and get it straightened out. Everything is run from pier 1......i2f
